Brian Kirn and his wife Amanda welcome a new arrival. Noah Daniel arrived at 11:18am, July 19th. He weighed in at a hefty 8lbs 10oz and was 20.5" long. Big brother Austin is proud as can be.

Bill Pauls welcomed his second grandchild this year into the world Lukas Patrick Monroe was born April 27th. Bill shows him of with his new Snoopy doll.
Gene Campbell is a Papa! Rylee Paige was born April 1st. she weighed 7lbs 2oz and was 18 inches long. Here she is with her proud parents.

Our beloved AJ welcomed his
first grandchild, Kira Rai Johnstonon, January 24th at 12:17am at Cox Hospital
South in Springfield.
Ralph and Laurie Tucker
welcomed Logan Cole Tucker into the world Friday, November 17, 2006, at about
3:00pm. He weighed 7lbs 1oz and was 20" long. Congrats to Ralph
and Laurie!

Dave Wolf retired after 35 years of service to the NRCS with the National Cooperative Soil Survey all spent within Missouri. During his career Dave worked on 8 different county soil surveys including Project Leader duties for four counties. He then served as a MLRA Project Leader working on the update of the Missouri soil survey. His friends and peers came together to wish him well and share memories. Several MAPSS members got together for a summer social "meeting" including a cookout and floating on the Niangua River. Current MAPSS president Allan Johnston took some photos to remember the occasion. Click here to see the photos.

Gary Lingdren, retired NRCS soil scientist and long time MAPSS member recently had a big addition to his family. Gary's son and daughter in-law welcomed three healthy girls to the family in May.
